Isidora Mine
The Isidora Mine is part of the approximately 18,272 hectares Block B land package located near the town of El Callao in Bolivar State, where Rusoro also controls additional leases called the Puyero and Choco 7 projects. The Mine is part of a 50/50 joint venture with the Venezuelan government.
The high grade Isidora Mine is located 5 km from Rusoro's Choco 10 Mine and 112 km north of the La Camorra mill where the ore was historically processed. The mine commenced production in 2005 and to date has produced a total of approximately 250,000 ounces of gold from its very high grade ore. Currently Rusoro is processing the Isidora ore at the La Camorra Mill near the town of El Dorado.
The production guidance for 2010 (net to Rusoro) is 15,000oz Au. The project has a NI 43-101 compliant reserve of 185,000 Au ounces, 331,000 Au ounces measured and indicated and 45,000 ounces inferred. The current 43-101 compliant resource numbers are based on more than 48,800 metres of drilling in 247 drill holes.
