Andre Agapov
President, Chief Executive Officer, DirectorMr. Agapov is a US citizen and is the largest individual shareholder of the Company. He was the founder of Grupo Agapov Corp. which went public as Rusoro in November 2006. He has been instrumental in the advancement of the Company’s Venezuelan gold projects over the past seven years and will continue to play an integral role as Rusoro’s projects moves forward.

Aaron Triplett
CFOMr. Triplett is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and has accumulated over 15 years experience in the field of financial management and accounting, specializing in forecasting, compliance and risk management, and the development and monitoring of control systems. Mr. Triplett’s experience includes acting as CFO for various operating public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange. Prior to his work with public companies, Mr. Triplett was an audit and assurance manager for a mid-size public accounting firm.

Peter Hediger

Mr. Hediger has over 22 years experience in international banking focusing on corporate finance, trading and portfolio management. Today Mr. Hediger is acting as independent consultant for individuals and corporations.

A member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Mr. Beruschi’s experience includes complex litigation resulting from Canadian and international expropriation of mineral property interests and rights.
